DOMESTIC ORDERS

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $50

We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders below $50 ship for $5.

Orders received by 4pm ET will be processed and shipped within 4 to 5 business days. Please allow additional processing and delivery time during holiday periods.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days from the ship date. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to show movement.

We also offer expedited 2-day domestic shipping for $11. Expedited orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Please allow additional days for processing during holiday and high-volume periods. Transit times exclude weekends. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 2 business days. All processing and shipping timelines are subject to change during normal and holiday periods. Extended processing timelines must be considered. If your order is placed on a hold or experiences a delay due to high volume, a refund for expedited shipping will not be issued. Your order will be shipped via the same expedited method chosen in checkout and arrive within 2 business days. Weekends are excluded as expedited orders deliver on business days. 

*Free shipping over $50 does not include US Territories and Military Addresses. These destinations will be charged a flat rate $5 for USPS shipping and are ineligible for expedited 2-Day shipping.

Due to Hazmat regulations, orders containing Clear Brow Gel and Liquid Lipstick will be shipped via Ground Shipping only.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to lots of places around the world – just select your country at checkout.

While beauty has no borders, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from PaolaOrlandoCosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Some countries will show duties and taxes included in the price of the product, while others will have the option of paying duties and or taxes at checkout or upon receipt of the order. Countries such as Brazil and Ecuador will be required to pay duties and taxes in checkout, upon completion of the order. Below are a few options for our international customers will see when visiting our product pages.

*For Mexico, due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to Mexico may require a Broker to collect your order. Please contact your customs regulator for a list of specific products requiring BSO assistance.

 

    ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

    We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however, we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products purchased outside of our 30-day return window. Please also note that we are unable to accept exchanges of products at this time. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer website credit for gift returns. All gift returns will be credited to the credit card of the gift purchaser upon receipt of the return.

    You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the notification email sent to you, acknowledging your return and refund has been processed.

    For International customers, shipping costs associated with the return will not be reimbursed. You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items.     I placed an order and received an error message. What does this mean?

    Due to heavy site traffic sometimes there may be connectivity issues. If you receive an error message in the checkout process, please log into your account and see if the order went through. Please note that it takes one hour for your order to appear in your account. If you are still having issues with your order, please contact us.

    How do I check out using PayPal?

    Put all your items in your shopping cart and when you proceed to checkout you will then be prompted to log in. Please click on the Paypal logo at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions when you are redirected to the Paypal site. Paypal is only available in select countries.
